Your gift helps sustain a rare and vital calling: the training of women artists in the sacred traditions of drawing, egg tempera, gilding, and classical oil painting. Every contribution supports scholarships, materials, and instruction for those devoted to serving the Church through sacred art, with priority given to religious sisters.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is my donation tax-deductible?

While donations to the Guild are not tax-deductible at this time, every gift directly sustains our studio work, traditional materials, and scholarship fund. We are immensely grateful for your generosity and belief in our mission.

Where does my donation go?

Your support directly sustains the practice and preservation of sacred art within our community. Donations cover traditional studio materials such as gilding supplies, wood panels and natural pigments—and fund our scholarship program, which prioritizes financial assistance for religious sisters and emerging artists. As we grow, contributions will also help lay the groundwork for specialized art workshops for trauma survivors.

Can I volunteer or get more involved?

We would love that. The Guild thrives on community, and there are many ways to offer your time and talents—from assisting with workshop setups and events to providing administrative support or welcoming participants at local parish sessions. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we would be delighted to find a place for you.

Do you accept in-kind donations?

Yes, we gladly welcome in-kind gifts that support our studio and operations. High-quality traditional art supplies (such as genuine gold leaf, wooden panels, canvas panels, brushes, pigments, charcoal & watercolor paper), studio equipment, or professional services are always deeply appreciated. Please contact us prior to making a delivery so we can ensure we can accommodate and properly steward your gift.

Can I donate in honor or in memory of someone?

Yes, making a gift in honor or memory of a loved one is a beautiful way to support sacred art. When making your donation, simply let us know who you wish to commemorate and, if you would like, provide an address so we may send a note of acknowledgment to them or their family.
